our experienced team members go through an extensive training process where they learn how to use liquid nitrogen equipment and in's and out's of serving food infused with liquid nitrogen. The liquid is poured into a bowl and mixed with the puffs, the team member rattles the bowl to evaporate the nitrogen to a safe level for consumption.
